  • Be returned in its original packaging.

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days via bank transfer or your original payment method.

🔁 Exchange Policy

• We offer size or item exchange, based on product availability.
• In case of exchange, the customer bears the shipping cost, unless the error was from our side.
