Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel or make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once your order is dispatched, cancellation or changes may not be possible.
What is your return and exchange policy?
At Hassan Wears, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
